Product Description:
Native to Vietnam, Hoya lockii is a beautiful bushy plant that deserves your attention. Discovered in Thua Thien-Hue province in central Vietnam in 2011, this specimen is named after the famous Vietnamese botanist, Professor Phan Ke Loc. However, its natural habitat is currently threatened by various human activities such as deforestation and road construction, making it critically endangered. It would be highly recommended to list Hoya lockii as an endangered species to ensure its preservation.
In its natural environment, Hoya lockii is an epiphyte that thrives on large old trees in mixed forests, located at about 1,000 meters above sea level. It grows in sunny canopies, between 3 and 6 meters above the ground. Its flowers are bright white, giving off an intoxicating scent reminiscent of minty chocolate. By including Hoya lockii in your plant collection, you not only contribute to its preservation, but you also add a touch of exoticism and rarity to your living space.
